2020 MISSED CONNECTION MONDAY – Criss Cross Applesauce

“Missed Connection Monday” is brought to you by your local Craigslist. These are real “love notes” that strangers leave for other strangers in the ‘Personals’ section of Craigslist. Or as I like to call it –
“Your local serial killer hunting ground.”

Side note: These first two “missed connections” took me by surprise because it’s rare that a real-life crossover connection is posted.

Looking for someone to help crossdress me, and go out and experience the fun
***Don’t really have an answer. Good luck I guess.

To the young girl that works there you need to leave married men alone!!
***Wow. Not sure why this confrontation didn’t happen face to face but damn. Way to air that dirty laundry.
You were headed toward Kuna in your little green Lexus. You were parked behind me putting on lip gloss in the mirror – I was intrigued! Blonde hair and slender. Love to meet for a drink when this is all over. Look forward to hearing from you.
***Dear blonde hair and slender… DO NOT meet this jughead for a drink! He was intrigued EXCLAMATION POINT by a woman putting on lip gloss.
This guy has the IQ of an Idaho Sex Stone.
What’s an Idaho Sex Stone???
Okay, say it with me… Just a fucking rock!

older male wll give foot rub
That is so gross. I don’t like anyone touching my feet let alone some old horny coot sittin’ in the middle of bum fuck Idaho.
This post has Deliverance written all over it.
Here, old man here’s some feet you can rub…

And here’s some you can eat!

I’m not sure why this person is doing this with their toes but don’t they look like little penises?
Oh, c’mon. I can’t be the only one who thought that.

This foot…
I cannot believe I was denied this foot at birth.
It’s SO me.

❤ Aaaannnndddd… Here we are again, folks.
Happy Monday!

Everybody have a safe weekend???

I think most of us, our states, are opening up quite a bit.
Anybody get out n’ about to the beaches or parks?
Are you making hair appts. again?
How about hitting up the bars???
Or restaurants?

How are you getting your life back to normal?
Share with us in the comments below.
It’ll be interesting to see how we’re all experiencing this whole new world.

Keep safe. Keep well.
And if you can get tested. Please get tested.

  1. I LOVE these Craigslist posts! Thank you for the much needed laughs😍 Things in the UK are mighty confusing re end of lockdown. No one really knows the score and so most of us are just trying to carry on as normal in a totally abnormal atmosphere and without bars and cafe’s or anything social for that matter. People are turning on each other and our food stores have wannabe security guard goons on the doors bossing grown men and women around in the most appalling way in some areas. It’s not a pleasant world out there right now. Seems as if the USA has more backbone and your people stand up for themselves way more than most of us. Glad you are safe and well. PS Yes they look like penises!!!!

You’re right, Gilly. It is so totally abnormal. I’ve made the decision to follow first, what my eyes can see, and second, the science. All of this opening up… It’s more politics than actually caring about the people. And we’ve got more “backbone” over here translates to we have a bunch of backwoods, hillbilly, gun-toting Trump followers who would follow him off a fucking cliff. All of these protests without masks and going into our gov. buildings with guns and rifles, Trump encourages that, he cheers them on with words like liberate and freedom. He stirs the pot and plants seeds of doubt everywhere he goes. It’s beyond ridiculous. In my opinion, this presidency is all about hatefulness and “we’re number one.” It’s not a fucking contest. We need to get a handle on this virus and it’s going to take the entire world. – Anyway, sorry for my rant. That’s an upcoming post btw. No one may want to read it.- I’m happy to hear from you! I can’t imagine the internet going down or suddenly no communication with all of our blogging friends. – Keep safe. Stay away from rent-a-cop goons at the stores. They may not be such a bad idea if they weren’t assholes. Our people are getting shot over here.

Ok, I was uber grossed out by these photos! I hate feet! Why are there so many ugly feet out there! People’s hands are generally pleasant, so what’s up with feet???

I have seen my grandkids and plan on walking with a friend or two outdoors this week. Have gone to Lowe’s and am now grocery shopping weekly. Other than that, I’m not planning on doing much else until I see what the numbers in our area look like in the next few weeks. My hairdresser left me a voicemail and I feel bad, but I just don’t feel comfortable yet as she’s going to be exposed to so many clients. No, not that kind of exposure! Lol!

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi

Hahahahahahahahaha. ME TOO!!! Feet are gross! I used to hand out virtual eye bleach for people reading my posts. 🙂 – Are you wearing masks when you go out? And I don’t blame you for waiting on those numbers or your hairdresser. A great cut is not worth dying for. I too am waiting on the numbers. I think they’re low now because we’ve all been home. Obviously, they’re going to spike because more people are out n’ about. I wonder what the game plan is then.

      1. Bijoux

Yes, I’m wearing a mask everywhere, unless I’m outdoors. From what I read, it’s nearly impossible to get outside, unless some sneezes or coughs directly on you. So, six feet should be good enough outside. Inside has a lot to do with length of exposure, so sitting in a restaurant for an hour is not a great idea.

      2. Magical Mystical Mimi

Right. Same here. I think everyone is pretty safe outdoors unless you’re one of those beautiful people on the beaches who are just out there rolling the dice… I guess someone has to.

  3. I love the love connections. What a bunch of losers. Bless their hearts. Fun to read though.

We’re opening up some, but hair and nails is a no go. Looks like they may open in several months. Or not. I live in California you know.

Have a fabulous day, Karen. Love you bunches. ♥

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi

That’s so interesting because our salons are open now. Of course, we’re Idaho not near the size and population of Cali. I’m holding out on the numbers. I need to see where the spikes are hitting around here before I venture out. Be safe over there! Love you too! xoxo

Omg. I think the rub feet guy was the creepiest. They’re all creepy but if you had to choose the lesser of two creepers… 🙂 The Missed Connections are getting slim Joe. Maybe when we open a little more we’ll have creepier creepers. 🙂

Hair salons are not open here yet. They just opened the parking to parks (they closed it when people were congregating) and are allowing golf and tennis and surfing. Beaches are “open” for active use (no sunbathing). Restaurants are still take-out only. They’re going slow. Can’t say that bothers me too much, as I don’t think we have this as contained as we could.

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi

Our hair salons *just* opened, our parks are open with social distancing but the play areas for the kids is not open. It’s still carry out for us too. I don’t think this is going away anytime soon but man, I feel for all of you out of work. Will you have school this fall?

  5. You always elicit a smile.

Feet don’t bother me, nor do i seek them out. They tend to be rather awful looking as we walk around on them all day, the pressure is tremendous.

Now i will wonder if the lady with the extra long toes has a form of giantism called Marfan’s syndrome. Abnormally long fingers and toes is a sign of it.

Sweetie and i are janitors/housekeepers, and we come under construction and maintenance as an essential business, so we’ve kept working as much as people will allow. We have to take every precaution we can, most of our clients are elderly and we cannot afford to get sick and spread it around. Working in a mask is the pits, but you do what you have to in order to keep others safe.

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi

Thank you Mimi. 99.9% smiles are what I’m going for. 🙂 – Feet are gross and I didn’t know that about giantism. I also didn’t know it was called Marfan’s Syndrome. Yay. I learned at least one thing so far today. Thank you. 🙂 – Wow. That’s really challenging working around the elderly in a time like this. God bless you. I really don’t know how you do it. My daughter-in-law manages a group home for men and women in their 20’s and 30’s with different medical conditions all of which make all of them vulnerable and she can’t risk getting them sick either. It’s quite a sanitation process she goes thru before she comes in the house. – Keep yourself safe too and your Sweetie. ❤

  6. Edible feet??? ohhh, shudder! And that one with the super long skinny toes made me a little jealous, I don’t want toes that long of course, but mine are super short and look a bit weird to me.

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi

Yeah. Those edible feet are for Halloween parties. I wouldn’t eat them anywhere for any party. My mom didn’t like her toes either. So weird. I guess I thought mine were weird too because they’re long like my dad’s. Growing up we call them string bean toes. Hahaha.

  7. JerseyLil

Wow, just wow to these “love notes.” Idaho sex stone hahaha! Older male giving foot rubs…no, no and no again! Those penis toes are so gross. LMAO on the FU toe!

My state is only partially open. My county and two others in MD are not open yet due to still having too many virus cases. I have no intention of going to restaurants any time soon. Or malls or any place where there are large gatherings. I’m nervous about when my county drops social distancing because our stores here like grocery and pet stores were already very crowded on a normal day before the virus. Right now, people have to social distance. Frankly, I’d love for it to stay that way, social distancing, for a long time. I will however make a hair appointment as soon as the small salon I go to opens up!

Totally agree about getting tested and I wish I could. Here you can only get tested right now if you have coronavirus symptoms and with a doctor’s order. There are not enough tests for everyone so it’s limited. But I hope that changes because everyone really needs to get tested because some people are just carriers and don’t show symptoms. Mimi’s thought for the day is perfect! Have a great weekend! 🙂

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi

It’s just my personal opinion and it’s a difficult one because everybody needs to get back to work but I think it’s too soon. I have no answers. Damned if you do and damned if you don’t with this. And yeah, restaurants and movies, sports stadiums and arenas, those are a big no from me. My Dr just called for my annual check-up and I sooo do not want to go into her office.
