It’s the first Thankful Thursday of the year! I’m thankful for that!
I’m thankful to see the year 2022! There was a time I was told I wouldn’t.
I’m thankful for my new window.
I’m thankful for the $10 voucher I didn’t know I had at Michael’s! It’s like finding ten bucks in your coat pocket from last spring!
I’m thankful for the progress I’ve made in organizing all of my craft stuff.
And I’m thankful for those damn white boxes I got on sale at Michael’s!

I like the meme. When I stop doing other things to organize, I sometimes feel like I’m wasting time. Not really, right. (I think of that when I’m busy with school stuff and I could be grading or something, but I stop to put things in order.)

Karen, it’s so cool that you found a $10 voucher for Michael’s. Surprises like that are great!
I’m thankful for the end of 2021 and a new year because a new year always brings new possibilities. And I’m thankful for modern medicine because I just found out that I need cataract surgery on both eyes (yeah I was stunned and not pleased, I didn’t know my eyes were that bad!) but these days it can be done with less pain and done with lasers, unlike decades ago when my dad needed it done. I’m also thankful for dark chocolate because it tastes so good especially after you just find out about an unexpected surgery! There is always something to be thankful for. 🙂

I know. It’s like free money, right? – My bro-in-law had both of his eyes done. He didn’t know his eyes were that bad either. His surgery went off without a hitch as I’m certain yours will – still gonna’ pray for you anyway, always do. 🙂 – He said there was more pain in his wallet than in his eyes!
