I’M LATE! I’M LATE!

Late for this post that is! Not even kidding you. I started this post at 4 or 5 this morning and I was gonna’ show you my new Halloween coffee mug and everything! I’m still gonna’ show you the mug because it’s super cute and has all of the Hocus Pocus Sanderson sisters on it. I love it! Oh, and my coffee of choice was a mix of Signature caramel/pecan and Sundae rocky road. Yes, 2 K-cups!  It’s a 24 oz. mug and perfect for early mornings.

Did everybody have a good Labor Day?? We had heat warnings so we spent our day inside in the glorious AC and had hot dogs in the air fryer and all kinds of chips and dips, homemade mac n’ cheese, and tons of those cotton candy grapes, watermelon… Oh, and there may have been some ice cream somewhere along the way.

This may or may not be an accurate description of me on holidays or basically any day that ends in “y.”

It wasn’t all AC and whirling fans for the long weekend tho because, hello?? Halloween stuff! This is the best Halloween store, Spirit Halloween. Such a cool place.

It was really freaky that this guy kept staring at me. Like his eyes seriously follow you… Sorry, Mr. Skelly but you’re a little too thin and you have no heart or brains.
And I’m pretty sure I was married to your twin brother…

Something else freaky? I met my doppelganger! We have the same eyes and eyebrows.

Oh, and I hit up Big Lots too because they have the most random stuff and a lot of it is pretty cool.

These, the pics down below? These, would not be the cool stuff so they didn’t make it back home with me. They moved and sang creepy songs in little kid voices and that’s a big fat fucking nope from me! No creepy kids singing and NOTHING that moves. The doll on the squeaky tricycle was the worst.

This next picture with the flashing lights and spooky Halloween sounds did make it home tho because it’s cool, and tis the season, right??

So, for being a laid back, “I’m not going out in the heat” weekend I was a little busy. Oh, I also hit up Home Depot, Burlington, and the Dollar Tree which, FYI should be renamed The Buck n’ a Quarter store. Seriously. It was so much easier when everything was a dollar. Twenty items = twenty dollars and some change for the tax. Now everything is $1.25 and there’s real math involved. Don’t you hate it when a store changes up your shopping flow? Price changing and moving crap from one side of the store to the other is annoying.

Long story short, I went on a Halloween frenzy and I’ll be posting some of my creations soon.

Have any of you started decorating for Halloween yet? I know it’s early and we have autumn first but man, who can resist the Halloween stuff?? It’s been a long, hot summer and we need that autumn vibe.

Omg. I feel like this post has gone on forever. Sorry for the novella. I hope your long weekend was whatever you wanted it to be and I hope you all enjoyed it! All of you, from the flooding in the east to the wildfires in the west, please be safe.
