“We are happy you are here for another week of friendly sharing! As always, you can find the fill-ins here and at 15andmeowing.com
each Thursday.
On Fridays, we post the link for sharing. The first two fill-ins are always provided by Ellen. The final two statements are offered by myself.
You are welcome to answer in the comments, but if you link up, even more people can share!”

Happy Friday everyone!

I hope this weekend is good to all of you. My weekend will consist of ‘Midsomer Murders’ and crocheting in the air conditioning!

  1. Number 4 is a great one.

    1. I have way too many meetings to attend each week, anywhere from 6 to 8 per week.
    2. I am leaning Rules are sometimes made to be broken.
    3. The best time to be a kid is definitely not now. Too many issues going on right now.
    4. I have learned I am a stronger person than I thought.

  2. Ugh. I could never attend that many meetings. Even when I worked I refused to go to those stupid “mandatory meetings.” I always told my boss. I can make you money or I can sit and drink coffee while we discuss who we're getting our coffee from. – Dumb. – I have to admit. If you haven't realized by now, I am not a rule follower. 🙂 – I would loooove to be a kid again and just stay in childhood a little bit longer. – And yes. You are an incredibly strong person Jolene. Don't ever doubt that.

  3. I agree with what you said and the Midsumer murders is my favourite series, never miss one and guess I have seen them all at least with the “old” Barnaby !!

  4. Years ago, when I was a manager, I sometimes had three or four meetings a day. How did I get anything done. That was what “after normal work hours” was for. Ugh. I would love to sit down and crochet, myself.
